Privacy Policy.
How we handle the information you share with us. Plain language version below. The legally binding text is what counts.
Last updated: April 26, 2026
This is a placeholder. Final policy will be generated by Termly or a flat-fee lawyer review before launch. The summary below describes our intent.
1. What we collect
If you submit a form on this site (contact, wishlist, email signup), we collect the information you give us: your name, email, and the message you write. Nothing else. We don't track you around the web. We don't sell anything to anyone.
2. Why we collect it
So we can write back to you, send you an update when we publish a new Journal entry (only if you signed up), or process a Custom Build inquiry. That's it.
3. Cookies and analytics
The site uses minimal analytics to understand which pages get visited. No personal identifiers, no advertising trackers. If we add cookies that affect privacy, we'll ask you first and update this page.
4. Third parties
When you buy a product from us, payment is processed by Gumroad or another reputable processor. They have their own privacy policies. We never see your full payment details.
If you opt into email updates, the email service we use (Resend) processes the send. They follow standard privacy protections for email infrastructure.
5. Your rights
You can request your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email jaywalking@digitaljaywalking.com with the request and we'll handle it within 30 days.
6. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes get announced to email subscribers.
